Kristie Rutledge - School Psychologistkrutledge@bpc.k12.mt.us

My name is Kristie (Korsbeck) Rutledge. I hail from Big Sandy via Malta, MT where I spent all of my growing up years. I have been with Bear Paw Cooperative since 2010 where I serve as a School Psychologist and Mandt trainer. I taught special education at all levels K-12 and regular education, including Kindergarten, health, PE, and geography, in Montana and Wyoming for 13 years prior to coming to BPC. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Montana College (now MSU-Northern); my special education endorsement was earned from the University of Great Falls (now University of Providence); my Master of Education in Special Education was completed at MSU-Billings and my School Psychology certification through the University of Montana in conjunction with other universities.
In addition to working in education, my husband and I raise cattle, sheep, and small grains on our century+ farm/ranch as well as 3 children: Brantly and Andrea who are now grown and Lance who is in high school. I enjoy working with youth in many capacities and currently serve as a 4-H leader, Junior Red Angus leader, FFA Alumni board member and church assistant. So, as you can see, I spend all of my time "chasing kids and critters." I love working with children, in all capacities, as well as helping parents and staff find ways to best help their kiddos be their best selves!
